To determine your requirements and what paperwork is required by us to do your books with a minimum of fuss and cost.
Initial Meeting Free ( Max 2 Hours ).
Any work undertaken after requirements are determined, will be charged as normal.
ONSITE CHARGE ( 35+ KMS From Our Office )
$25 Plus GST
Minimum 2 Hours Chargeable
BASIC DATA ENTRY
$60 Plus GST Per Hour.
By a Certified Myob Consultant. $100 Plus GST Per Hour.
In our office or your Office / Home.
Plus Travel Time if applicable.
LODGEMENT OF BAS
$100 Plus GST
LODGEMENT OF INSTALLMENT ACTIVITY STATEMENT.
$75 Plus GST
PREPARE / LODGE PAYMENT SUMMARIES, PAYROLL, REPORTS, TROUBLE SHOOTING, ONLINE LODGEMENT OF TAX FILE DECLARATIONS.
$75 Plus GST Per Hour.
OTHER CHARGES –
Our Invoices are payable in 7 days.
NON ATTENDANCE OF CLIENT/CANCELLED APPOINTMENT WITH NO NOTICE.
$75 Plus GST
ANY INVOICES NOT PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DUE DATE.
Administration Fee – $15 Plus GST.
Any jobs covering 12 months or more of paperwork –
Will only be Considered / Done on a Prepaid Basis.
Debt Collection Fees – ( Only used as a Last Resort ).
In the unfortunate event an account is sent to our Debt Collector, all fees and charges will be added to the outstanding account and collected by our Debt Collector.
